1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fasting Time. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Fasting Time is a lifestyle and wellness application intended for informational and tracking purposes only.

The App:

• Does not provide medical advice
• Does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease
• Should not replace professional medical advice

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting intermittent fasting or making health-related decisions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. App Features & AI Recommendations

Fasting Time provides fasting timers, food scanning, analytics, and optional AI-powered insights.

AI-generated recommendations:

• Are based on your app usage and fasting history
• Are informational only and not medical advice
• May not always be accurate or suitable for every individual

You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and apply any insights provided by the App.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Fasting Time offers optional paid subscriptions (Standard and Premium).

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the App
• Misuse AI features or submit harmful or illegal content

Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

7. Data & User Content

You retain ownership of your personal data and fasting information.

By using the App, you grant Create Rush LLC a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the App’s functionality.

You may delete your data and fasting history at any time within the App.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Fasting Time app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Temporarily suspend access when necessary

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding related to Fasting Time app are the property of Create Rush LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the App without prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Rush LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Health outcomes resulting from fasting or app usage
• Loss of data, profits, or business

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create Rush LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of AI recommendations

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be effective once posted in the App, with the updated “Effective Date.”
